We hire trades, technicians, engineers and office staff across manufacturing, construction, security systems, IT and corporate functions. Workshop and site teams take on apprentices each year and train them properly.
Working at the Group
Because J.O. Agyapong Group manufactures, builds, secures and maintains under one roof, people here see a project from drawing to handover rather than one isolated stage. A joiner understands how a door schedule feeds a construction programme. A security technician understands how a reader position affects the door leaf and the cable route.
That breadth is deliberate. It produces technicians who can solve problems on site instead of waiting for another trade, and it is why clients (embassies, hotels, developers and corporate groups) deal with one accountable team.
We recruit for attitude and craftsmanship as much as for paperwork. If you are early in your career, ask about an apprenticeship.

Construction & civil works
Site engineers, foremen, quantity surveyors, masons, steel fixers and finishing crews on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Security & access systems
Installation technicians and commissioning engineers for access control, CCTV, gates, barriers, bollards and electronic locking.
IT, design & corporate
Network and smart-building technicians, interior designers, draughtspersons, project managers, procurement, finance and client-facing roles.

Trade and technical roles include a hands-on assessment at our facility or on site.

A conversation with the department lead about the work, expectations and terms.
Offer and onboarding follow that: safety induction, tools, and a site or workshop assignment.
